Integrity's home maintenance crew has done a variety of jobs for us, ranging from removing bushes and trimming trees outside to painting and cabinet work inside. Integrity's cleaning crew cleans for us every two weeks. Everyone on their team is friendly and careful. They pay attention to detail, take pride in their work, and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns. They're terrific!

We had their assistance in repairing and cleaning a family home in preparation for sale, and would gladly contract with them again. Their estimates were honored, they strived to meet our time requirements, and they were always pleasant-as was their staff. All the work was well done, and we were pleased with their results.
When we were in need of a re-working of our old kitchen without breaking the bank in the process, we decided to have Integrity do the work needed to get the job done. Our kitchen, last summer, was basically the original kitchen built with our rambler-style house back in 1982 – the cabinets were a dark stain with brass hardware; the countertop was getting really beat up; the stove fan was badly stained and not working; and the sink also was pretty badly stained with a faucet that was leaking. Our kitchen walls were an off-white color. We had Integrity put in a new counter with a new tuck-under sink, faucet and plumbing, a new fan over the stove, a pothanger and new kitchen island cabinet alongside the stairway. Then we had them paint the cabinets white and put on new brushed nickel handles and hinges. Finally, we had them paint the kitchen walls an almond color. We are very pleased with how it turned out and felt it was done very economically. They worked quickly and tried to fit their work time around our schedules in order to cause us a minimal amount of disruption in our daily lives. We have received many, many compliments on the new look. In fact, many people have asked what kind of new floor we put in, and they are shocked when we tell them that this is the old floor and it just looks that much better with the work that was done to our cabinetry and walls. We are so pleased that we hope to have them come back this summer and do a new counter and sink and some other incidental work in the upstairs bathroom. We highly recommend them and their work.
With pleasure and without reservation we recommend Integrity for their performance of landscaping and household services. Integrity has been providing cleaning services for us on an every other week basis for many months. Barbara has recommended her to several of our friends and neighbors and subsequently, has been thanked profusely for doing so. Late last summer we hired them to trim some plantings and replace a flower bed with sod. The work was very professional as expected with Integrity’s Master Gardener credentials. Perhaps the most noteworthy factor was the quality of the clean-up effort.
As an owner and board member in an association of 50 town homes, I was really impressed by the quality & speed in which Integrity was able to regain control of the association landscaping (plantings, shrubs & trees) and restore the appearance of the grounds. We bought our house almost two years ago (through Katie Boler of Coldwell Banker). Katie can attest to the amount of wallpaper that needed to be removed throughout our house. After struggling to do much of the work ourselves, we decided to get help with a few remaining projects. We asked at the Ace Hardware store for a recommendation of someone that would do a good job removing wallpaper. They dug through piles of home maintenance fliers to find Integrity's claiming that they were the best. They were right. Since then, we have had Integrity come to remove wallpaper from what we thought were two very challenging jobs. We has able to give a very accurate estimate on how long it would take to do the jobs and we were very impressed with how efficiently we was able to get the jobs done. Integrity was very professional, and punctual. He did an excellent job and left the area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. He was also very respectful of our lives as he worked. We have three small children and he was really great to them while he was here. We would highly recommend Integrity. We were happy enough with Integrity's work that we gave their number to Sara’s father who hired them to do a large project and was also very impressed.
Jim and I have been delighted to obtain the services of Integrity as we strive to update our home and keep it maintained. They have painted our master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, living/dining kitchen and loft. This included moving heavy furniture. This letter is written in support of the Northfield business Integrity House Services. This past summer, Integrity repaired my outside, screened-in porch, replacing screens and deck railings. I was very impressed with the work done and their work ethic. The repairs were fabulous and Integrity kept me informed at each step of the process as to what was going on. They were a pleasure to interact with and the charge for the repairs was very reasonable. Integrity also tried to repair my old automatic garage door opener that was malfunctioning. After spending about 5 hours on the project, it became clear that the unit had to be replaced. Integrity did not charge me for any of that time spent. Now, that’s true professionalism.

Integrity has done terrific work for me over the past few years. They both are extremely thorough, versatile and reliable, great problem-solvers and best of all, very pleasant to work with. Integrity helped me figure out what needed renovation and got it done: carpentry, plumbing, interior and exterior painting, appliance repair, replacing shutters, rebuilding brick stairs, renovating a gazebo, creating a driveway. We have utilized the crew at Integrity House Services for jobs both large and small. They completely gutted and renovated our 110 year old home’s attic into a much enjoyed living space, refinished all the hardwood floors on the main level, replaced several windows, painted and even cleaned a carpet. They can do it all! And they do it all in a timely manner, keeping us apprised of any changes in schedule or of unforeseen situations. They are clean, courteous and we will continue to hire them in the future. I already have my list for warm weather jobs ready!
Integrity has been cleaning for me for several years. The service they provide is excellent. They have been accommodating when I need to change the schedule. Their workers are efficient, friendly and thorough. Integrity has provided much needed handyman help for several years. I don’t know what we would do without Integrity. Integrity takes care of my father’s lawn, plows the driveway and clears the walks in the winter, repaired and replaced windows, insulated parts of the house, installed a system so that dad can turn lights off and on from his chair or before he enters a room, put in new phones and showed dad how to use them, installed water filters, light bulbs, grab bars, book shelves, closet lights; and Integrity cleared away weeks and weeks of overgrowth and created a simple, low maintenance, inexpensive plan for the plants and shrubs in the garden area. Integrity also hemmed dad’s trousers and sewed on some buttons. No job is too small and no job is too large for Integrity and their crews. They do everything and they do it well. Integrity has an exceptional ability to listen and take the time to see what is needed before offering suggestions. Their experience working with older adults has been a huge help. They have offered many suggestions that have made my dad’s life less difficult and safer. Integrity's keen listening skills and warm sense of humor are qualities the whole family appreciates.
